Body & Soul: New Year's in Peru with Ashley Rideaux

There is magic in the mountains of Peru, and no better way to set the tone for a New Year than a visit to one of the seven wonders of the world, Machu Picchu! The first part of our ten-day journey will be supported with twice daily yoga classes led by Ashley in a beautiful retreat center surrounded by lush vegetation and a magnificent waterfall. An expert local guide will lead us on rich cultural excursions in the Sacred Valley, including a tour to a local alpaca farm and a visit with local artisans. From the Sacred Valley, we will take a train to Aguas Calientes where we’ll explore the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu. The trip will conclude in Cusco where we will soak in the vibrancy of the city, enjoy local food and visit several historical sites.

This will be a journey, not just about the beauty of our surroundings, but more so about the beauty within your soul. Through practice, we’ll explore different ways to reconnect to our body and mind in order to uncover our heart’s highest intention. Unwind, dig deep, and soak in the magic!
