Fall Revival- A Yin & Yang Retreat in Mexico with Beth & Erika
With Erika Chau and Beth Prandini
November 2 - 6, 2018
Join Erika Chau & Beth Prandini on their 2018 retreat to our award-winning, fully self-sustaining retreat center located on the beautiful coast of Mexico! Fall is the perfect time to reset and rejuvenate in paradise before the holiday season. On this retreat, we will explore the two sides of the coin through our practice: the sun and heat of vinyasa flow as well as the cooler, darker side of yin, restoratives and pranayama. You will have ample time to spend resting, unwinding, resetting on the beach or in your beautifully decorated room with gorgeous ocean views. Explore the on-site turtle sanctuary on the center’s pristine 200-acre nature reserve. Indulge in delicious, healthy meals made fresh from ingredients harvested from the retreat center’s organic garden. Optional activities and excursions range from snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding or exploring the local region. Bring a couple of books and prepare yourself to take some serious downtime in paradise so that you return to normal life a different person—relaxed, glowing, at ease and renewed.
