Machu Picchu, with mist-covered Andean peaks and intricate Inca stone terraces, will awaken our sense of wonder and awe. It will remind us of our connection to the natural world and of the sacred civilizations that came before us. Our yoga practice will focus on grounding and opening, so that we can be as present as possible to the adventure unfolding before us. You will leave more deeply connected to yourself, each other, and the world—fully awake and grounded with a renewed, clear perspective of your rightful place within the “family of things,” as Mary Oliver wrote.
About the Teacher
Kim Larkin
Teaching yoga since 2006, Kim was trained at OM Yoga Center in New York City. She has gone on to study restorative yoga, experiential anatomy, prenatal yoga, and chair yoga.
