A celebration of the present moment, love, remembrance, and the enduring connections that live within us, this special retreat in Sayulita during Día de los Muertos invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and reflect on the beauty of being alive.
Through twice-daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and moments of reflection, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us, honor those who have shaped our lives, and welcome new beginnings with open hearts. Surrounded by the vibrant spirit of Mexico and nestled in the lush jungle at Haramara, we’ll explore the balance between letting go and holding on while making time for nourishing meals, rest, meaningful connection, and the beauty of Mexican culture.
