As we step away from our hectic lives, we will connect to the natural world and the unique culture around us, allowing us to reconnect to our true nature. Our adventure will begin in the mystical Sacred Valley where we will take time to explore the ancient sacred rituals and vibrant culture of Peru. Our quaint retreat center is surrounded by native plants, fruit trees, and nourished by a magnificent waterfall deep inside the Valley. We will then begin our ascent to Machu Picchu. Visiting this wondrous UNESCO World Heritage site is a trip of a lifetime. As we open ourselves to this outer journey, we will also dive deep inside our yoga practice! Enjoy daily yoga with Kristen in the beautiful yoga shala as well as rich cultural excursions led by our expert local guide, Valentine. Our trip will culminate with time in the vibrant city of Cusco, exploring the vast history and cultural ceremonies of this very special part of the world.
