Each retreat morning will start with a two-hour yoga class led by Stephanie. The Yoga Pavilion is open air with breathtaking views of the ocean. Afternoons can be spent by the infinity pool, private beaches, in surf lessons or at the spa. Additional activities like horseback riding, cooking lessons, and hiking are also available. Early evening yoga classes will feature a slow meditative flow with yin and restorative poses.

The Venue

Wake up each morning in your own secluded jungle cabana with ocean views. These individual rooms have their own private bathrooms with a shower, a flush toilet and hot and cold water. Sleep in comfortable hand woven sheets and enjoy the gentle breezes from the Pacific Ocean. Each cabana is open-air style to allow for maximum relaxation. Some cabanas have private hammocks for lazy afternoon siestas. Enjoy, this slice of paradise is yours for the week!

Menu

Delicious and healthy vegetarian meals are made from only the freshest natural and local ingredients.  The menu is chosen daily by the chef based on the ingredients that are available.  Special dietary restrictions or requirements can be accommodated. Please be sure to note these in your registration form.

Coffee and freshly squeezed juice is offered in the mornings.  Tea, purified water and fresh fruit water are available all day.  Beer, wine and margaritas are available for purchase in the afternoons and at dinner.
