Vinyasa In Paradise - Deep Renewal & Peace at Haramara with Lesley Desaulniers

Come enjoy a little piece of heaven as you experience deep renewal and peace in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. Immerse yourself in the warmth of the sun, the calm healing of the ocean, and Vinyasa Yoga practice.

Each retreat morning will start with a two hour yoga class led by Lesley. The Yoga Pavilion is open air with breathtaking views of the ocean. Afternoons can be spent by the infinity pool, private beaches, in surf lessons or at the spa. Additional activities like horseback riding, cooking lessons and hiking are also available. Early evening yoga workshops will feature restorative yoga, meditation and pranayama practice.

Cabanas are hand-built of all natural materials, complete with private bath, outdoor showers and exceptional views of the ocean and jungle canopy. Delicious & healthy gourmet meals are made from only the freshest natural and local ingredients.

Menu

3 delicious and healthy gourmet meals a day are provided and made from only the freshest natural and local ingredients.  The menu is chosen daily by the chef based on the ingredients that are available.  The always-changing daily menu includes seafood or vegetarian dishes.  Special dietary restrictions or requirements can be accommodated. Please be sure to note these in your registration form.

Coffee and fresh squeezed juice is offered in the mornings.  Tea, purified water and fresh fruit water are available all day.  Beer, wine and margaritas are available for purchase in the afternoons and at dinne

Accommodations

Wake up each morning in your own secluded jungle cabana with ocean views. These individual rooms have their own private bathrooms with a shower, a flush toilet and hot and cold water. Sleep in comfortable hand woven sheets and enjoy the gentle breezes from the Pacific Ocean. Each cabana is open-air style to allow for maximum relaxation. Some cabanas have private hammocks for lazy afternoon siestas. Enjoy, this slice of paradise is yours for the week!
