Join Anne for a seven-day soul-enriching retreat on the beautiful coast of Sayulita, Mexico. Yoga will take place twice daily in an open-air pavilion with panoramic views of the Pacific ocean. Mornings will begin with a strong and focused two-hour class. In the evenings we will gather for a 90-minute session where we will break down asanas in a workshop format, enjoy soothing restoratives, and tap into the subtle body through pranayama and meditation.  Yoga retreats are a great opportunity to deepen your personal practice and gain insight through self-inquiry and more individual attention.

The combination of the ocean and the jungle creates a picturesque backdrop to unwind from everyday life, allowing you to reconnect to both your inner peace and your playful side! In your downtime, enjoy a hike down to the private beach, go horseback riding or zip lining in the jungle, or take a surf lesson. Take advantage of the infinity pool, read a book, treat yourself to a luxury spa treatment, or walk to the nearby town of Sayulita. This is your time to reconnect to your passions, to the things that inspire you in life, and open your heart to new perspectives.

Haramara Retreat Center was named one of the ’10 Best Yoga Retreats in the World’ by Yoga Journal.
