Join Nubia for a sacred women’s retreat in the rolling green hills of Umbria! The presence of the sacred feminine has been a leading force in all of the old traditions, and the ‘gathering of women’ for dedicated healing rituals has been a ‘saving grace’ for humanity over and over again. Known as the “Green Heart of Italy,” the untouched landscapes and rich heritage of Umbria provide an enchanting setting for our time together.
During this one-of-a-kind retreat, Nubia will invite you to practice a type of embodied yoga that exclusively honors the feminine power (shakti) in yoga and that offers a sacred space for women (of all ages) to come together and share deeply from their hearts. Under the moonlight, we will chant and chat, under the sunlight we will play and practice, and under the stars we will dream together of a more beautiful and joyful life for all.
Situated in the peaceful hills between Gubbio and Perugia, our retreat center commands incredible views of over 28 gardens, terraced lawns, and verdant woodlands — and you’ll be able to soak it all in from the onsite saltwater pool or jacuzzi spa. In addition to incredible accommodations; included in your trip will be 2 yoga classes per day, 2 full-day excursions, hiking, an Italian cooking class, and much more!
