For nearly 20 years, Ann Dyer has taken students around the world on trips designed to revitalize and transform, but she always returns to the nearby wonderland of Haramara, where deep healing and contemplation are supported by the gentle power of Mexico’s stunning Pacific Coast.
Join Ann for seven days of asana and pranayama, chanting and nature in the jungle paradise of Haramara, a journey sure to awaken you to life and the joy it holds. Calling on the natural beauty of Haramara as a source of inspiration, Ann leads us on loving a journey of self, from the earthy jungle of our foundation to the infinite heavens of our minds, exploring all the beautiful vistas along the way.
Each day includes an immersive morning practice of deep asana and an afternoon practice of chanting, pranayama and meditation. Classes are mixed-level.* Afternoons are free for swimming in the warm waters of Haramara’s private beach, exploring volcanic highlands, taking a walk into the quaint town of Sayulita, catching a surf lesson, or taking a siesta! Meals are five-star, healthy gourmet fare, and top-of-the-line spa services are available.

Menu
Delicious and healthy vegetarian meals are made from only the freshest natural and local ingredients. The menu is chosen daily by the chef based on the ingredients that are available. Special dietary restrictions or requirements can be accommodated. Please be sure to note these in your registration form.
Coffee and freshly squeezed juice is offered in the mornings. Tea, purified water and fresh fruit water are available all day. Beer, wine and margaritas are available for purchase in the afternoons and at dinner.
Directions
Your international flight needs to be booked round-trip to Puerto Vallarta (airport code: PVR).
Airport transfers are not included in your trip. Once you have provided us with your flight information, we will organize your airport transfer for you. The total cost of the transfer from the airport to/from Haramara is $65-$100 based on the number of passengers in the van. Your driver will collect the fee and US dollars are accepted. We will advise on the exact cost of your transfer pertaining to total passengers 1-2 weeks before departure.
