Yoga in Sicilia with Ann Dyer

Our home for the week is a luxurious private villa in the gently rolling hills between the sea and the renowned baroque town of Noto. This luxurious property sits on an organic farm with hundred-year-old olive, almond, citrus trees and vineyards, all cultivated according to biodynamic methods. Originally a winepress dating the 18th century, this elegant property was recently renovated with green technologies and is largely environmentally self-sufficient. It offers incredible cuisine by an award-winning Michelin chef and a swimming pool supplied with fresh water filtered by a special mixture of mineral salts renowned since antiquity for its healing properties. In addition to twice-daily yoga classes with Ann we will explore the nearby highlights of Modica, Ragusa, Syracusa, and more.
